Modular concept
Drilling Equipment Storm is designed based on a modular concept, allowing for configurations
perfectly suited to specific tasks. The modular approach ensures high
flexibility and user convenience, enabling customers to assemble the required
equipment set tailored to individual needs.
Advantages of modular design
Capability to upgrade or replace individual components.
Ease of maintenance and repair.
Flexible configurations for various tasks, such as geological exploration, pile installation, water well drilling, and moreэ
Key components (modules) needed for setting up a drilling set:
Key components (modules) needed for setting up a drilling set:
1. Primary power unit
Gasoline engine – Designation in the model marking: G20 for Honda, G21 for Lifan; Diesel engine – Designation D30 in the model marking.
2. Mast
Feed mechanism – Hydraulic cylinder (C) or chain drive powered by one hydraulic motor (M) or two hydraulic motors (2M) | Length – 1800, 2200, or 3200* mm (to accommodate tools of various lengths) *Only applicable for chain drive.
3. HS15 auxiliary hydraulic power unit
Used to power the STORM MP15 mud pump when operating with the G21 drilling rig.
4. TSCP control panel
Used exclusively with the Storm D30 model – Enables accelerated machine operation modes.
5. MP15 mud pump
Used for flushing drilling. Can be powered by the hydraulic system of the D30 rig or the HS15 power unit when used with the G21 drilling rig.
6. drill head
Rotator AH – For heavy-duty auger drilling | Rotator AL – For light-duty auger drilling | Rotator FL – For light-duty flush drilling | Rotator FH – For heavy-duty flush drilling
7. Elevator
Elevator AH – For heavy-duty auger rotator | Elevator AL – For light-duty auger rotator | Elevator FL – For light-duty flush drilling rotator | Elevator FH – For heavy-duty flush drilling rotator
8. leveling outriggers
Hydraulic outrigger HS63/40/450 | Hydraulic outrigger HS80/63/900 | Mechanical outrigger MS360
9. Drill tools
Interchangeable drill rods and augers of various lengths, diameters, and connection types. Drill bits and crowns of different diameters for handling tasks of varying complexity.
10. Base (chassis)
TAT – Two-axle trailer chassis | RTU – Tracked chassis | Machine without chassis
11. winch
For lifting and lowering drilling tools or samplers | Hydraulic model with a free-fall function
12. Drill tool alignment and assembly devices
DWS – Worktable with a support fork and wrench | DHC – Hydraulic clamp with a rotation function | SHC – Hydraulic clamp without rotation | CBA – Auger centering bracket
